Where can I find the microchip number?
Microchip numbers are normally 15 digits long. If you are a new pet owner you should find it attached to your veterinary passport or paperwork, normally displayed under a barcode label. If you cannot find it, please contact the person you got the animal from, or you can ask your vet to scan your pet.
Please see the below picture. The microchip number is highlighted.
If the microchip has already been registered, you can also locate the microchip number by logging into your account online

It is also possible to buy a scanner here, to check that the microchip can be located and read.
